Educational Qualification : Admission to the college is open to both boys and girls. Persons passing 10+2 level examination from West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent (ISC/ CBSE) from West Bengal are eligible for admission to degree class.
B.Sc. (Pure/ Bio)– All Pass Candidate with relevant Subjects.
B.A.– All Pass Candidates.
B.Com.– All Pass Candidate (in case of Non Commerce Student at least Pass Marks in Mathematics at 10+2), 45% Marks in Mathematics at Class 10.
Reservation Clause– For S.C./ S.T. Candidates Reservation as per Govt. Rule will be followed only on Production of Photocopy of Authenticated Certificates along with the Form No. Claim for Reservation will not be entertained if the Application is not deposited with the required certificate. Minimum Marks for eligibility for SC/ST Candidates is As per University Norms. No students from unrecognised open school, correspondence/ Patrachar course or Private candidate will be allowed to be admitted in Under Graduate Class of the college.
Reservation of Seats : SC – 22% , ST- 6%, OBC-A- 10%, OBC-B – 7% and Physically Challenged 3%.
