| The maximum age limit for eligibility shall not be exceeding 52 years on the date of receipt of application. | In the Pay Matrix Level-13 (Rs. 123100-215900) (Pre-revised Rs. 37400-67000-(PB-4) and Grand Pay of Rs. 8700/-) and other allowance admissible to Central Govt. employees in ITBP Govt. of India, New Delhi on transfer on deputation basis or re-employment of Armed Forces personnel. |

| 1. Processing degree in Law from a recognized university and holding the post of Second-in-Command or Commandant in Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force with fifteen ‘Group A’ service and having at least ten years experience in legal affairs. | The Armed Forces personnel due to retire or who are to transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having requisite experience and qualifications prescribed for deputationists shall also be considered. Provided that such persons would be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due to released from Armed Forces and thereafter that may be continued on re-employment. |

| Applications through proper channel of willing and suitable officers along with their bio-data in the prescribed proforma (enclosed) as Application Form together with up-to-date ACR / APAR dossiers (attested copies each page) for the last 05 years, DE/Vigilance Clearance Certificate and Integrity Certificate, should reach “Sr. Admin. Officer (Pers), Directorate General, ITBP, MHA/GOVT. of India, Block-2, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003” within two months from the date of publication of the advertisement in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar.
